Charlie came to us in 2023 looking for a placement to complete his Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, and we were immediately blown away by his tenacity, creativity and hard work — so it came as no surprise when he achieved a Distinction.

Following his placement, we were delighted to welcome Charlie onto the Create Studios team in 2024, where he quickly became involved in all manners of production. From supporting shoots on location to assisting across editing and content creation, Charlie brought enthusiasm and a great attitude to every project he worked on.

Charlie has now moved on to an exciting new role with Fairlight Creative, continuing his journey within the creative industry.
