Alfie completed the Create Futures programme in late 2023, bringing with him an infectious enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and growing experience across film and live TV production. During the course, he took on lead camera roles and contributed to pre-production planning. He also worked as a Production Assistant on a Chelsea FC shoot, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-led environment.
Since graduating, Alfie has continued to build an impressive portfolio of work as a Jib Crane Assistant and Drone Spotter on a range of productions, including BBC Newsnight, The Traitors Uncloaked, and The Incident Room Season 2. His credits span high-profile locations like the Royal Albert Hall, and his willingness to travel, work long shifts, and adapt to challenging conditions has made him a dependable and valued crew member.
With additional training from the BFI Film Create Traction course, Alfie combines technical ability with genuine passion for the craft of filmmaking. His aim is to continue developing within production teams and pursue a long-term career in the screen industries.
