Swindon town football club
This shoot was inspired by the loyal Swindon Town Football club fans, the season ticket holders who always come back no matter the score.
In this project the aim was to highlight some of the highs and lows of being a Swindon fan and why it’s so important to get behind the team as they enter a new era, one where the fans own The County Ground, an era that will hopefully inspire new great memories.
Create utilised archive footage and assets such as newspaper headlines along with the memoirs of keen, lifelong Swindon Town fans and club legend, Don Rogers, as well as looking at the new direction the club is heading for under the ownership of Clem Morfuni. This film uses both digital and 16mm film footage to tell the story of a true matchday experience in all its glory.
