Eddie Adams, a hotshot school drop out, is scouted by the suave porn producer, Jack Horner, while on the prowl for the next big star. Adams accepts the offer, and experiences a meteoric rise to adult film star fame as Dirk Diggler, throwing himself into the glamorous but seedy world of the 70s adult film industry. He finds an extended family of misfits and wannabe movie makers trying to make something of themselves.

Paul Thomas Anderson’s second feature film, offers an energetic depiction of the late 70s, with a hedonistic and whirlwind glimpse into a world of sexual freedom, exploitation and the woes of fame, brought to you in a special 4K restoration.
