Izzy A’isha grew her passion for documentary production through joining Create’s Summerschool, learning to edit and generally getting involved in a range of opportunities.  After securing a place as a Young Reporter on the BFI’s Into Film initiative, Izzy met and interviewed a range of industry greats from Ken Loach to documentary Director of the award-winning “I am Greta”. Inspired, Izzy produced her own art film, The Space in Between, as part of Create’s Making My Mark project, which secured her place studying Film Production at University. She has an emerging freelance career covering 1st AD and Producer roles, and still supports Create as a peer mentor and volunteer.
